Project: AVENUE SHOPPING CENTRE
Location: 41-43 Kifissias av., Marousi
Timeframe: Two construction phases 2010, 1997
Employer: SANYO HELLAS Α.Ε.

This is a Shopping Centre designed, in terms of Electromechanical Installations, so as to operate either open, for the majority of its public space, or closed, with the electric motion of its three awnings.

The air conditioning of new public spaces in this Shopping Centre is mostly supplied by two high energy class air to water heat pumps and by water cooling units. The cooling units bear way valves to regulate the temperature in respective areas via a BMS control system. In the older part of the Sopping Centre, public air conditioning is supplied by split high energy class air to air heat pumps.
Three electrical substations are responsible for the power supply of the Shopping Centre: one supplies all public space i.e. the garage and communal store aisles, the other supplies all stores and the third supplies the Super Market housed at the Shopping Centre.
Throughout the building there is a telephone network – data end up in the building control room. There is also a network of fire detectors, an alarm system, a CCTV network, and a building management system (BMS).
