A state of the art office complex that houses “LEMOS” shopping centre in the heart of Kolonaki. Given its operation as a shopping centre and the floor design (low ceilings, beam), the following choices were made:
VRV Heat Recovery air conditioning system by DAIKIN for low noise levels as outdoor equipment are located near adjoining buildings. It also provides the perfect autonomy in air conditioning of spaces. The chosen system allows for one space to operate heated while another is cooled. Indoors, visible free standing machines have been installed. To provide fresh air and for air discharge, air to air VAM exchangers by DAIKIN are used, which are connected to air ducts networks and air vents.
A central electrical substation connection powers the building with electricity, which also has an intermediate gauge by DEI. Backup power is supplied by a Pair of 70KVA Generators on the terrace. A false floor across the space is run by power supplies, using in-floor receptor boxes.
Weak currents serve a full telephone and data network with Rack on each floor, leading to the Computer Room. There is also a fire-detection network across the building, a security network (alarm), an ACCESS CONTROL network, etc.
