A state of the art CD and DVD manufacturing plant, with a total area of 2300m2.
A 4-pipe system with a central TRANE 100RT cooler and a central HOVAL boiler is used for the air conditioning of various factory spaces.
Each part of the plant is specialized and there is a great need for temperature and humidity control within those spaces. For this, special CLOSE-CONTROL air conditioning units by STULZ factory were used, which can regulate temperature +/- 1oC and humidity +-1%.
Because of the great need of air purification in 3 parts of production, all inlets in the DVD production areas are equipped with ABSOLUTE FILTERS by AAF.
The offices have an air conditioning unit that uses the VAV system. Each office is equipped with a thermostat acting on the VAV boxes of the vents.
